Maria founded Kaszas as Kaszas Communications Inc. in 2002 to help businesses build a solid foundation for their marketing and communications activities. Maria has since honed the firm’s proven methodology based on years of experience working with executive managers, business owners and product developers.
As a strategic communication consultant, Maria applies 15+years of experience guiding companies, organizations, and executives to communicate more powerfully. She does this by working closely with leaders and organizations on Strategy (brand, positioning, communications), Facilitation (vision, strategic planning, idea storming), and Support (training, planning, quality control).
Through a process and unique skill set honed over her careers as a business owner, professional communicator, community leader, teacher, and coach, Maria is particularly successful at integrating diverse ideas, personalities, and opinions into elegant strategies that get everyone in the room moving forward together.
Maria holds Honours Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in English Language and Literature, is a Senate Medal winner, an award-winning writer, dancer and dance teacher, a former Professor of English, and a presentation coach.

Andrew is a skilled and multi-faceted communicator with experience managing all aspects of marketing communications. He brings a calm personality, diplomatic approach and retro sense of humour to every project.
Andrew offers his clients a full range of marketing and communications strategy, execution and management services, in addition to expert marketing writing. He also provides a strong analytic discipline to marketing activities, specializing in analysis and strategy for search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising strategies. In 2013, Andrew was certified as a Google AdWords professional with a specialization in Search Advertising.
Prior to joining Kaszas in 2006, Andrew was Marketing Manager at a software product company. He has developed and implemented annual marketing and communications plans and strategies, created and managed marketing budgets, conducted market research, and has written and edited marketing collateral that includes web content, customer case studies, press releases, and more.
Andrew graduated Magna cum Laude with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa with a focus on Marketing.
